The Camellias, The Magnolias, The Aralias and The Belaire sit at one end of it, with Park Place, Princeton Estate, Wellington Estate, The Summit, Beverly Park, Hamilton Court, Trinity Towers and Silver Oaks filling the rest of Sectors 43, 53 and 54. Every one of those addresses runs its own lobby desk. A caregiver who has not been cleared at that desk does not reach the lift, whatever the family has agreed on the phone. So we file police verification and the RWA gate pass before the first visit rather than on the morning of it. In Phase 5 that paperwork is the difference between starting a shift on time and standing at a boom barrier while a patient waits upstairs. Four hospitals matter here. Paras Health is in Sector 43, inside this zone. Fortis Memorial is in Sector 44 and Artemis in Sector 51, both further along Golf Course Road. Medanta The Medicity is out at Sector 38. That spread decides how a discharge runs. A cardiac or orthopaedic case coming home from Medanta or Fortis is a longer journey than one from Paras, and families here usually want a caregiver in the flat before the ambulance arrives, not after. We ask for the discharge summary before that, not on arrival. It tells us whether the shift needs a qualified nurse or a trained attendant, and those are different people at different rates. Live in nursing is the largest category in Phase 5. After that comes dementia care, post cardiac recovery and palliative support. Day to day, a live in placement here looks like this. Medication at fixed times against the discharge sheet, help with bathing and the toilet, two or three assisted walks along the corridor, meals prepared to whatever the dietitian wrote, and a written log the family reads in the evening. Dementia placements run differently. The same caregiver every day, the same order of tasks, and no rotation unless someone falls ill, because a new face in the room can undo a fortnight of settling. Night cover is a separate conversation. A twelve hour night shift and a twenty four hour live in are not the same service, and we do not let a family buy one while expecting the other. Every caregiver who enters a Phase 5 tower carries police verification, an identity card, and a record of years worked and languages spoken. The family approves that record before the person travels, not after they reach the gate. If a caregiver is not right for the household, we replace them. That is a change of person, not a renegotiation of the placement, and the gate pass for the replacement is filed the same way as the first. What moves the price here is condition and hours, not the address. A qualified nurse costs more than a trained attendant, and a cardiac discharge from Medanta usually needs the nurse. Twenty four hour live in costs more than a twelve hour shift, and in Phase 5 most placements are the live in. Suction, catheter care, oxygen or a feeding tube move a case from attendant to nurse. Night only cover is priced on its own. We also run a single trial shift before a long placement. In a tower where the family is handing over keys and a lift access card, one paid day of watching how the caregiver actually works is worth more than any assurance we could write on this page. Caregivers for Phase 5 travel from Chakkarpur, the older settlement immediately behind Galleria Market, along with Nathupur and Kanhai. That is local road rather than a run across Gurgaon. They work in Hindi and English, and we have Bengali, Malayalam and Nepali speakers on this roster. For a dementia patient who has reverted to a first language, that is not a preference. It is the difference between being understood and not. The Sector 53 to 54 and Sector 42 to 43 Rapid Metro stations are the markers we use when directing someone in for the first time. Not every tower in Phase 5 is named on this page. Sectors 43, 53 and 54 also hold smaller condominiums and a number of independent builder floors, and we cover those on the same terms. If your address is not listed, ask, and we will tell you plainly whether we reach it. What we do not do here is worth saying too. We are not an emergency service and we do not replace an ambulance. If a patient in a Camellias or Belaire flat is in distress tonight, the hospital comes first and we arrange cover around that. The fastest way to start is a message with three things: the tower and flat number, what the doctor has asked for, and when you need someone. From that we can say who is free, what it costs and whether the gate pass is already filed, usually without a second call. If the answer is that we cannot cover the shift, we say so in that first reply.
