Greenwood City, Sispal Vihar and Rosewood Apartments make up most of it, and a large share of the flats are still held by the people who first bought them. That is the fact that shapes this page. These are not investor flats with tenants moving through. They are homes where the same family has lived for twenty five or thirty years, and the residents have aged in place. So the work here runs long. Placements are measured in months and years rather than weeks, and most new families reach us because a neighbour two blocks over already has our caregiver in the house. Dementia care is the largest category in these two sectors, then long term elderly attendants, then physiotherapy, then post stroke care. A dementia placement here is built on sameness. The same caregiver, arriving at the same time, doing tasks in the same order. We do not rotate staff through these households to cover a roster gap, because in dementia a new face can undo weeks of settling. That means we plan the leave cover before the placement begins rather than when it becomes urgent. The family meets the second caregiver early, while the patient is still comfortable, so the handover day is not the first time that person walks in. Post stroke work is the other long category. It usually arrives as a discharge with a physiotherapy plan attached, and the caregiver's job is to hold the routine between the physiotherapist's visits rather than to invent exercises. Artemis and CK Birla are both inside Sector 51, one sector across. Fortis Memorial is in Sector 44 and Medanta in Sector 38. For a family in Greenwood City, that means the two most likely hospitals are genuinely close by. There is no society wide gate clearance to file in these sectors.
