Address confusion is the practical problem here, and it costs families time. Block letters repeat across Sushant Lok 1, 2 and 3, and a driver given only a letter can end up two colonies away. So we confirm three things before a caregiver leaves Kanhai: the phase, the block letter, and the nearest market or landmark. It takes one extra message and it removes the most common reason a first shift starts late. A Block and B Block have the oldest resident group in the colony.
