Supertech Cape Town, Prateek Wisteria, Gardenia Glory, Skytech Matrott, Amrapali Princely Estate and Bhutani Riverside make up most of this corridor. Cape Town alone runs to thousands of flats across its towers.

Sectors 74 to 77 filled up quickly and filled up young. That is why the work here splits in two directions at once in a way it does not elsewhere in Noida.

On any given day we may have a night nurse with a newborn in one tower and a stroke recovery two buildings away. Newborn and post delivery care is the largest category here, with elderly attendant and post operative work behind it.

Kailash Hospital and Neuro Institute is in Sector 71, just outside this zone.

That is the single fact that shapes the medical side of this page, because a neuro centre that close means post stroke and neuro recovery cases form a larger share of our work here than in the sectors further down the expressway.

Fortis in Sector 62 and Yatharth in Sector 110 are the other two hospitals families here use.

Newborn care is a different service from elderly care and we staff it with different people. It means the night feeds, so the mother sleeps in blocks rather than in twenty minute pieces. It means bathing and cord care done properly.

It means watching the mother, not only the baby, because this is where postnatal problems get missed.

We do not send an elderly care attendant to a newborn placement because they were free that week. The training is not the same and the consequences of pretending otherwise land on an infant.

Post delivery support usually runs for a defined period rather than open ended, so we set the end date at the start and the family can extend it if they want to. Nobody should have to negotiate their way out of a care arrangement they no longer need.

On a post stroke case the discharge summary decides everything. Swallowing safety, catheter, mobility clearance and the physiotherapy plan determine whether this is a qualified nurse or a trained attendant, and we ask for it before quoting.

Day to day, a neuro recovery placement is the prescribed exercises held between physiotherapy visits, positioning to protect pressure areas, and assisted feeding where swallowing is affected.

Medication runs exactly on schedule, and the written record is kept in a form the treating doctor can read at follow up.

Each society runs its own staff entry registration. The larger ones want the caregiver registered at the society office before regular entry, and we complete that rather than arriving at a gate and negotiating.

Every caregiver working in this corridor carries police verification, an identity card, and a written record of experience and languages.

On a newborn placement the family also sees the specific newborn care experience, because general years of work do not tell you what you need to know there.

If the caregiver is not right, we replace them. On a newborn placement we treat that as urgent rather than routine, since a mother in the first weeks does not have the reserves to manage a bad fit for a fortnight.

Price follows the service and the hours. A qualified nurse costs more than a trained attendant, and a neuro recovery from Kailash in Sector 71 usually needs the nurse. Newborn care is priced as its own category rather than as an attendant shift.

Twenty four hour cover costs more than twelve, though most post delivery families here want nights only.

Night only cover is quoted on its own, and in Sectors 74 to 77 it is what most post delivery families actually want.

A trial day is available for elderly placements. On newborn work most families skip it and ask for the most experienced person instead.

Gejha village sits inside this cluster and our caregivers live there, along with Sorkha and Hoshiyarpur. Cover for this corridor does not start with a drive in from another sector.

They work in Hindi and English, with Bengali and Garhwali on the roster. The Sector 76 Aqua Line station and the Sector 75 market are the markers used for directions.

This corridor is served by the Aqua Line at Sector 76, which is useful for a family member visiting daily but of limited help to a caregiver starting a shift at six in the morning. That is why we staff it from Gejha rather than from across Noida.

Several of these societies run large towers with multiple wings sharing one number. We confirm the wing along with the tower and flat, because a caregiver in the right building and the wrong wing is still late.
