Lotus Boulevard, Supertech Emerald Court, Amrapali Sapphire, Eldeco Utopia, Parsvnath Prestige and ATS Greens Village together hold thousands of flats across 93, 93A and 93B. That density changes how we staff the area rather than just how many people we need. When several families in the same society are on our books, a leave day in one tower can be covered from the next tower rather than by sending someone across Noida. It also means word travels. One placement that goes badly in a society this size is known about quickly, which is a discipline we would rather have than not. No hospital sits inside Sector 93, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. Jaypee is in Sector 128, Felix in Sector 137, Kailash in Sector 27 and Fortis in Sector 62. So a discharge here involves a real journey, and the planning matters more than in sectors with a hospital on the doorstep. We ask for the discharge time in advance so the caregiver is at the flat before the patient arrives rather than behind them in the same traffic. Elderly attendant work is the largest category here, then dementia care, then post surgical care, then physiotherapy. These towers have lifts, long internal corridors and podium levels, which makes them easier for mobility work than an independent house. On a post surgical case we ask which floor and which tower, because a lift under maintenance is the difference between a patient getting their daily walk and not. On a post surgical discharge we ask for the summary before quoting. Wound dressing schedule, drains, catheter, weight bearing restrictions and the follow up date decide whether this is a qualified nurse or a trained attendant. Day to day, an attendant placement is medication given and written down, bathing supervised, meals to the prescribed diet, assisted walking in the corridor or the society park, and a written log each evening. Dementia placements run on continuity. The same caregiver, the same order, no rotation to fill a gap. In a tower where the patient's world has narrowed to one flat and one corridor, a change of face is a larger event than it sounds. There is no zone wide gate process here, but each society runs its own visitor and staff entry rules, and the larger ones require the caregiver to be registered before regular entry. We complete that with the society office rather than at the gate on the first morning. Every caregiver entering a Sector 93 tower carries police verification, an identity card, and a written record of experience and languages spoken. A trial day is available before a long placement, and in a society this size it is easy to arrange. Caregivers here come from Barola, Hoshiyarpur, Sadarpur and Chhalera. They work in Hindi and English, with Bengali, Malayalam and Garhwali on the roster. The Aqua Line at Sector 101 and Sector 81 is the nearest metro, and the Noida Expressway and Advant Navis Business Park are the markers most drivers know. The six societies named above are not all of Sector 93. There are smaller blocks and builder stock across 93A and 93B, and we cover those on the same terms. Sector 93 sits directly on the Noida Expressway, which cuts both ways. Getting out to Jaypee or Felix is straightforward. Getting across to Sector 27 in the morning is not, and we plan shift changes around that rather than pretending the road is empty. Supertech Emerald Court and Lotus Boulevard are large enough that the tower number matters as much as the society name. We confirm both, along with the wing, before anyone is dispatched. One more thing worth saying for a sector this size. If several families in your tower already use us, ask us about that. Continuity between neighbouring households is something we can plan for, and it is usually the difference between a leave day being covered in ten minutes or not at all.
