Ecovillage and Nirala Estate both run across multiple phases with separate entries, so we take the phase number along with the tower. A phase number left out is the most common reason a first shift starts late here. This is a price conscious market and we treat it as one rather than pretending otherwise. Rates are quoted as a monthly figure, in full, in the first reply, so the number you are told is the number on the invoice. We say that plainly because the common experience in this pocket is a low headline rate followed by additions for night hours, festival days and travel. We would rather lose the enquiry on an honest number than win it on one that changes in week three. No hospital sits inside Techzone 4. Sarvodaya is in Sector 16C, Yatharth in Sector 1 at Bisrakh and NUmed in Sector 3, all on the Greater Noida West side rather than towards Noida proper. That matters for a discharge. None of the three is on the doorstep, so we ask for the discharge time in advance and get the caregiver to the flat before the patient rather than behind them. Newborn care is the largest category here, then post operative care, then elderly care. The resident base is young, and most elderly placements are parents staying for a season rather than permanent residents. Newborn work is staffed with different people from elderly work. Night feeds so the mother sleeps properly, bathing and cord care, and watching the mother's own recovery, not only the baby's. We do not substitute an elderly care attendant into a newborn placement because they were free. Post delivery placements run to a set end date agreed at the start, which a family can extend. In a value conscious market that matters, because an open ended arrangement is how a household ends up paying for a month it did not need. On a post operative discharge we ask for the summary before quoting. The dressing schedule, drains, catheter and mobility restrictions decide whether this needs a qualified nurse or a trained attendant, and those are different rates. Day to day, a post operative placement is dressing changes on schedule with clean technique, medication exactly on time, mobility only as far as cleared, watching the wound for early signs of infection, and a written log the doctor can read at follow up. Each society runs its own staff entry registration. Ecovillage and Nirala Estate both require it at the society office, and we complete that before the first shift. Every caregiver sent into Ecovillage or Nirala Estate carries police verification, an identity card, and a written record of experience and languages. The family approves the person before they travel. If the caregiver is not right, we replace them. That is a change of person at no change in rate, and we say so here because in this pocket families often assume a complaint will cost them money. What changes the price is the service, the condition and the hours. Newborn care is its own category. A qualified nurse costs more than a trained attendant, and we tell you which your case actually needs rather than quoting the higher one by default. Twenty four hour cover costs more than twelve, and in Techzone 4 it is rarely what a household actually needs. Night only cover is quoted separately. Physiotherapy is charged per visit. A trial day is available before a long placement, and in a first time market it is usually the sensible way to begin. Caregivers live in Itaida, Haibatpur and Bisrakh, immediately around the township. They work in Hindi, with Bengali, Bhojpuri and Garhwali on the roster. There is no metro serving Techzone 4. Gaur Chowk and Ek Murti Chowk are the two landmarks every driver knows, and they are the ones to give. Techzone 4 is still filling in. Some towers are fully occupied and some are barely half, which affects practical things like whether the lift is working reliably and whether the society office is staffed when we need to register a caregiver. We find that out before the first shift rather than on the morning. If the society office keeps limited hours, we file the registration on a day it is open. For families whose parents are visiting for a few months, we will say plainly that a monthly plan is usually wrong. A set number of visits a week, or a half day, is often what is actually needed, and it costs less. To start, send the society, the phase, the tower and the flat, what is needed, and the hours.
