One is a single 1.5 hour visit at ₹749. The other is a dedicated saathi every day from ₹12,999 a month. Most families should start with the first even when they suspect they need the second, and the reason is not price.

## Pick instant visit when

- You have not seen your parent in person for a while and want an honest read on how they are.
- Your parent has not agreed to a caregiver and will not, yet. A one off visit is far easier to accept.
- Something specific needs doing this week: a discharge, a test, an appointment.
- You want to see how we work before committing a month.

## Pick monthly plan when

- Somebody is already doing this work every day, usually a family member, and it is not sustainable.
- Your parent needs help at a predictable time each day, not occasionally.
- Continuity matters, which it always does with dementia.
- You have already booked several visits in a month and are effectively paying more for less.

## When neither is right

- The patient needs clinical care through the day. A saathi is a companion attendant, not a nurse, and the honest answer is a qualified nurse or a hospital.
- The situation is an emergency right now. Call the emergency services first. We are not an ambulance.
- What is actually needed is domestic help. A saathi is a trained caregiver and we will not send one to clean.

## Questions

### Can I move from a visit to a monthly plan?

Yes, and it is the usual path. Book a visit, see how it goes, then move to a daily block. Tell us on the same WhatsApp thread and we keep the same saathi if they suited your family.

### Do several visits work out cheaper than a plan?

Only up to a point. Past roughly two visits a week you are paying more for less continuity. We will tell you when you cross that line rather than letting you keep booking visits.

### Can I pause a monthly plan?

Message us. We count the days already served and settle from there. There is no card on file and nothing auto renews, so a pause is a conversation, not a cancellation flow.

### Is the monthly plan cheaper per hour?

Substantially, yes. That is the trade: you commit to a month and get a dedicated saathi and a much lower hourly rate. If you are not sure the need is ongoing, do not commit yet.
