You pay only for the visit, by UPI or cash. We do not accept cards for now. ### How do I book a saathi? Booking happens on WhatsApp. Tap any Book button, send us your details, and we confirm a verified saathi for your slot. No forms and no app needed. ### How fast can a saathi reach us? Once your slot is confirmed, a nearby verified saathi is dispatched, reaching you within minutes to a couple of hours depending on your location in Kanpur. Same day and next morning visits are typical. ### What does a Saathi visit include? A 1.5 hour home visit by a verified saathi. Health check & expert guidance, doctor consultation coordination, medication pickup & administration, and lab test arrangement. Some add ons like vitals monitoring and lab tests are charged separately. ### Who is this visit best suited for? Anyone who needs short term support: elderly parents who need a quick health check, post surgery patients needing temporary care, families abroad who cannot be there in person, or anyone who simply needs to step out for a few hours. ### How do I know the saathis are verified? Every saathi clears a formal background check, ID & credential cross checks, and ongoing supervision. We share the saathi ID on every visit. ### What happens after the visit? You receive photo proof, a vitals snapshot, and a care summary on WhatsApp, shared with everyone you choose. ### Do you charge if no saathi is assigned? No. Talking to a care advisor is free, and there is no charge unless a saathi visit actually takes place. ### Can a saathi stay while I step out? Yes. If you need to head out, a saathi can stay with your loved one for as little as an hour. Extra hours are ₹250 each. Tell us your hours on WhatsApp and we arrange it. ### Is there a refund if I cancel? Free cancellation up to 3 hours before the visit. Same day cancellations within 3 hours are charged a small handling fee. ### How does doctor consultation support work? Our saathis assess the patient's health and, if needed, coordinate a doctor consultation. With your approval, they arrange an appointment and ensure the right doctor is consulted. ### What if my loved one needs a lab test? We arrange the lab tests and handle the booking and report collection. This is an add on charged separately at actual cost. ### Is transportation included? There is nothing to pay for travel on a normal booking. The saathi comes to your home and that is part of the price. Travel is charged only when your loved one has to be taken somewhere, a hospital, a clinic, a lab, anywhere. We arrange the trip, we charge what it actually cost, and we confirm the amount with you before anything is booked. ### Which cities do you cover? We serve Kanpur, Gurgaon and Noida, with our office in Noida. More cities are rolling out. We will never claim coverage we do not have. ### What medical equipment do your saathis bring? Our saathis come prepared with basic first aid support. For vitals monitoring such as BP, sugar or oxygen, please keep a home device ready for now, as this is an add on service. ### I live abroad. Can I book for my parents in India? Yes, and most of our NRI families do exactly that. Message us on WhatsApp from any timezone at +91 8924059333, tell us the address and what your parent needs, and we assign a saathi. You pay by UPI from an Indian account or ask a relative to. Booking never needs you to be in the country. ### How do I follow the care from another city or country? After every visit you get photo proof, a vitals snapshot and a short written summary on WhatsApp. You choose which family members are on that thread. There is no separate app to install and no dashboard to log into. ### Do you do overnight or night shifts? Our care advisors answer 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, every day. Regular Care runs 6 or 12 hours a day at a timing you choose, and a 12 hour block can be set to run through the evening and night. Round the clock care, 24 hours a day, is coming soon. Ask on WhatsApp for the exact window you need and we confirm what is possible in your area before you pay. ### What if the caregiver is not right for us? Tell us and we replace them. We do not ask you to argue the case or justify it. Say it did not work and we send someone else. ### How does the replacement process actually work? Message us on WhatsApp. We stop assigning that saathi to your family the same day, and we propose a replacement with their name and photo before the next visit. On a monthly plan the days already served are counted and nothing extra is charged for the swap. ### Who do I escalate to if something goes wrong? Reply on the same WhatsApp thread and ask for the care advisor to escalate. Serious conduct issues end the saathi's work with us, one strike, no second chance. You can also write to support@ayusaathi.com, and every escalation stays on the same thread so nothing gets retold from scratch. ### What exactly does police verification cover? We hold a government photo ID on file for every saathi, run a police background check, and recheck it every 6 months. We call two references before anyone is assigned. You get the name and photo before the visit, so you know who is coming to the door. ### Where is my family health data stored? Visit summaries, photos and vitals live in your WhatsApp thread with us and in our internal records. They are shared only with the family members you name. We do not sell data, do not build advertising profiles from it, and do not forward a client photo, address or condition into any other chat.
