Every saathi is police and document verified, with references called and the check repeated every 6 months. 4. **Pay by UPI or cash.** Payment happens at the time of the visit. We do not take cards. Add ons like lab tests are quoted and confirmed with you before anything is spent. 5. **Proof lands on the same thread.** Photo proof, a vitals snapshot and a short written summary go to the family members you name. No notice period and no fee for the swap. - **One strike.** A caregiver who is dishonest with a family does not get a second placement anywhere on the roster. ## Questions ### Do you mark up the medicines? No. You see the chemist bill and pay what it says. The saathi visit is what you are paying us for. Add ons are always confirmed with you before anything is bought. ### Can you do a blood test at home? We arrange it. A lab technician does the collection at your home and the lab issues the report, which we collect and send to you. The lab fee is charged at actual cost. ### Will the saathi remember every tablet? It is written down, not remembered. The schedule goes on paper in the house and into the WhatsApp summary, so any family member can check what was given and when. ### What if a medicine runs out? The saathi flags it before it runs out, not after. You approve the purchase on WhatsApp and they collect it on the next visit, or sooner if it cannot wait. ### Can you take vitals? Yes, if there is a device in the house. We do not carry a BP monitor, glucometer or pulse oximeter as part of the visit, so keep one ready.
