It is turning a patient every few hours, keeping a chart, watching for a change, keeping a schedule and knowing when to escalate. That is what a trained saathi does, all day, in your house. We are straight about the line. A saathi is a companion attendant. Some hold nursing qualifications and some do not, and we never present one as a nurse when they are not. Where a procedure is genuinely required, we coordinate a qualified nurse or the treating doctor and the saathi stays through it. Being clear about that line is the point. There is no form, no account, and no app to install. 2. **Tell us four things.** The city and area, who the care is for, what they need help with, and when you want someone there. A care advisor replies. Asking is free. 3. **We confirm a verified saathi.** You get the saathi name and photo before the visit. Every saathi is police and document verified, with references called and the check repeated every 6 months. 4. **Pay by UPI or cash.** Payment happens at the time of the visit. We do not take cards. Add ons like lab tests are quoted and confirmed with you before anything is spent. 5. **Proof lands on the same thread.** Photo proof, a vitals snapshot and a short written summary go to the family members you name. No notice period and no fee for the swap. - **One strike.** A caregiver who is dishonest with a family does not get a second placement anywhere on the roster. ## Questions ### Is a saathi a qualified nurse? Not by default. A saathi is a trained companion attendant. Some additionally hold ANM, GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualifications and some do not. We tell you which before the visit, and we never describe an attendant as a nurse. ### Can you give injections at home? Not through a saathi. Injections are a clinical task, so we coordinate a qualified nurse or the treating doctor for them. The saathi is there through the visit and records what was done. ### Can you look after a bedbound patient full time? Yes, on a monthly plan. 12 hours a day is the block most bedbound cases need, at a timing you choose. Round the clock care is coming soon. Tell us the condition on WhatsApp and we will be honest about whether the case needs more than we can safely take on. ### What happens in an emergency? The saathi calls you and the emergency services, in that order, and stays with the patient. They are not a substitute for an ambulance or a hospital, and we do not pretend otherwise. ### Do you provide equipment? No. Keep a home vitals device ready, and rent any bed, oxygen or wheelchair separately.
